We have a passion for helping others and giving back and have set out on a path to provide a wide variety of special needs populations with all-inclusive affordable housing. We are committed to providing our clients with clean, safe, all inclusive living arrangements that may not be found elsewhere.Â
The demographics we serve include, but are not limited to: disabled, veterans, seniors, sober living, transitional housing, re-entry, low income, and other special needs populations. Our properties and services are of the highest caliber in our state and local area due to our commitment to safe, affordable all- inclusive living environments.

We provide a wide variety of special needs housing options. Some of these include, but are not limited to:
SPECIAL NEEDS HOUSING
We offer residential care homes that are particularly designed and set up for individuals with particular or special needs.
AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Many people have been hit hard during these difficult times and are in need of affordable housing and a good place to call home long-term or short term while they strive to improve their current situation
SENIOR HOUSING
We also provide housing for seniors without any disabilities. Â Many seniors these days are elder, on fixed incomes and in need of low-income and low-cost housing in a group home living environment.
OUR MOTIVATION
Adrian is a survivor of 12 long years of domestic abuse. She endured some of the worst treatment imaginable until God finally gave her the strength to escape from her abuser. Her heart goes out to every person who has ever had to experience what she went through at one time. She is motivated by the possibility of being able to help women in need by providing them a safe and nurturing environment.

OUR MISSION
We personally believe that housing is a universal necessity that creates positive change for all of humanity. Our mission is to impact change and to improve the lives of our clients through safe, clean, affordable, and all-inclusive housing environments which are centered around respect, empathy, self-learning and pride of ownership.
VETERANS HOUSING
We work directly with the VA and all affiliations of the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines to ensure that our servicemen and women are provided with quality and safe housing.
SOBER LIVING HOUSING
Our organization provides and operates sober homes for those with addiction and alcohol and drug related problems. These homes maintain a drug and alcohol free environment similar to all our other homes, but also come with mandatory AA classes as well as alcohol and drug counseling.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SURVIVORS
We offer a safe home where women who have escaped domestic violence can live while they are getting back on their feet and transitioning to a new and better life.

NOTE: For seniors we rent by the number of BEDS and NOT by the room. For example 2 single beds will most likely be used in a room that is a minimum of 12x12 in size.

- Min of 2+ bathrooms.....add a 1/2 bathroom for EVERY BED (not bedroom) above 4 that can be placed. See examples:
         (4 beds = 2 bath min | 5 beds = 2 1/2 bath min | 6 beds = 3 bath min | 7 beds = 3 1/2 bath min | 8 beds = 4 bath min)
